 Warranty and prohibited goods

You warrant and represent to us that:

• you are the owner of, or otherwise have the right to be in possession of, all of the goods packed in the Room; and
•  none of the goods packed in the Room are "prohibited goods" (as described under) or liquids, dangerous or hazardous, explosive, corrosive, illegal or irreplaceable, or perishable.

You acknowledge and agree that the Rooms and the Storage Facility are not suitable for the storage of heirlooms or precious, invaluable or irreplaceable property such as books, records, writings, works of art, photographs, objects for which no immediate resale market exists, objects which are claimed to have special or emotional value to you and records or receipts relating to the stored goods and that Box n Go shall not be liable for any damage resulting to such items.

Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that the following items should be excluded from your storage Room:

• dangerous or hazardous goods such as but not limited to aerosol cans, cleaning chemicals, liquid bleach, corrosive liquids, firearms and/or ammunition and insecticides;

• flammable goods such as but not limited to fuels, oils, propane and other gasses, paints, varnishes, paint thinners, matches and lighters;

• money, bank notes, scrip, securities, accounts, deeds and evidences of debt;

• letters of credit and notes other than bank notes;

• bullion, gold, gold ware, silver, silverware, platinum, coins, precious metals and pewter;

• stored value cards and smart cards;

• manuscripts, personal records, passports, tickets and stamps;

• jewellery, watches, furs, precious and semiprecious stones, firearms;

• animals, birds and fish;

• aircraft, hovercraft, motor vehicles and engines, trailers;

• property not owned by you or for which you are not legally responsible;

• computer software or programs, media or computer data contained on hard disks or drives.

You specifically acknowledge that:

• the Rooms may be used only for storage and that the use of the Rooms for the conduct of a business or for human; or animal habitation is specifically prohibited;

• you assume full responsibility and liability for packing your property in the Rooms and for securing your property for road transportation;

• the maximum weight of your property shall not exceed 1,000 kg contained in a storage or moving Room; and

• Box n Go shall not be liable for any damage occasioned to your property for any reason.
