One BoxNgo mobile storage and moving Room will hold about 1 to 1½ rooms of furniture and household goods (about 7 cubic metres of storage space) or 40 to 50 assorted sized cartons, totalling up to 1 tonne in weight. If you overestimate the number of portable Rooms that you need, we'll happily pick up the empty portable Rooms without charge. You are only charged for what you use! Where you are going
BoxNgo can redeliver immediately to a new residence or place of business, or take it to our storage centre.
Split moves
BoxNgo can even redeliver to multiple destinations, if you choose. We can deliver your BoxNgo portable storage Rooms, say, to a rental house or apartment and you can unpack some items and then we’ll take the portable Room containing the remainder of your items to our secure storage centre. We're flexible and happy to help.
As much notice as possible will allow us to schedule your delivery at your convenience. Keep in mind that availability is limited and appointments are on a first come, first serve basis. We deliver and pick-up Monday through Friday from 8:00 until 5:00 and Saturday & Sunday 9.00 until 4.00. Someone only needs to be there for delivery, not pickup. When you are ready to have your belongings brought back to you, call the local office preferably 48 hours in advance to ensure a date and time that works for you.

We have a private client access area that is specifically set up to fill all your needs. We ask that you provide 2 hours notice so that we can make proper arrangements – this is a free service.

Given your request we’ll even bring your BoxNgo storage Room back to your home or office and then return to pick it up when you're ready – charge applies.
We understand that sometimes you put stuff in storage that you may need to access, therefore we offer free access at our storage centre. You may come to our storage centre any time you’d like. We just ask that you provide 2 hours notice so that we can make proper arrangements. We'll position your rooms in a convenient and safe place either inside our facility or outside for easy and private access. Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 until 5:00 and Saturday & Sunday 9.00 until 4.00. However we can make any special arrangements for pick-ups, or deliveries based on your schedule. Please note that your account must be current or you may make a payment in certified funds when you arrive. Also, only a customer or a customer’s authorized agent may access the room. At the facility, a valid photo ID is required.
