BoxNgo™ Storage Cap Plans explained:

1.    Storage value. Using the above Cap Plans you’ll save. You get excellent storage value with each Cap. [Storage values calculated from Queensland Self-Storage Price Survey 2009 & Blackwell Storage Indices Report 2009]. Storage Cap Plan rates exclude delivery, transport and return delivery costs.

2.    Pay only for the storage you use. Order that extra module for your peace-of-mind. We’ll take it back and refund you if it’s not required. When in storage you may upsize or down size your storage space, and pay only for the storage you are using.

3.    We guarantee no storage Rent increases. Rent will not increase for the duration of your Storage Cap Plan.

4.    You may terminate your storage term at any time. However should you break and have rented for less than the term of your Cap Plan, Rent will be recalculated at the Month x Month Cap Plan rate for your actual term. Minimum Rent is one months’ Rent.

5.    FREE access during your storage term: Yes, it’s FREE if you want to add or remove items. All you need do is call and setup a mutually convenient time to come to our storage facility.

6.    Convenient payment options: We accept Visa, MasterCard and inter-Bank transactions. Storage Rent is payable monthly in advance. Future monthly Rent payments are due on each anniversary of the delivery date. We do not apply surcharge fees for the use of Visa or MasterCard. However, fees will apply for dishonoured transactions and late payments.

7.    You must provide your own insurance: You can choose to be self-insured. BoxNgo carry general liability and marine cargo insurances only ... the latter includes cover while lifting your storage module on and off our delivery vehicle and during transit to and from our storage facility.

8.    Above prices Storage Rent only and exclude transport: You can choose to deliver your goods to BoxNgo or we will deliver modules to your door, and pack modules for you. Click here for transport and packing options.
